Weighing Tables
Weighing tables are designed to be kept in weighing rooms to be used in laboratory spaces or next to the relevant bench in laboratory spaces. Due to the structure of the tables, it is ensured that they are not affected by vibration in order not to disturb the balance of the scales. The support legs and upper block are made of sheet metal and painted with anti-acid epoxy paint and baked at 200°C. Sand is filled in the side legs and is intended to prevent vibration. On the components that contact the ground, there are screwed-in feet that can be adjusted for height and balance. On top of the table, the anti-acid compact lamina is used. Additionally, the space where the scale will be placed was cleared, and 30mm thick marble was added. One of the best options for precision weighing is these scale tables. High-precision weighings are impacted by environmental variables like wind, vibration, and changing weather patterns. It’s crucial to use scale tables made specifically for laboratories to mitigate the effects of these environmental variables. Due to their construction and the materials used, these tables are not susceptible to vibration, ensuring that the measurement accuracy and balance settings are both maintained. A correctly constructed balance table guarantees maximum scale stability and reduces vibration problems, which is crucial for analytical or micro-weighing balances where even the slightest movement can have a negative impact on results.
